Free First Exam for New Clients
We are offering the free first exams to new clients for two main reasons.
- Reducing the barrier to care. We know that today’s economic climate is filled with uncertainty and careful spending, and we want to ensure pets still get the care they need.
- Allowing more people to experience the fear free difference. Fear free care isn’t widely understood or known of, so we want to use this as an avenue to help people experience who we are.
- This free first exam for your pet waives the initial exam fee, so we can determine the next steps for your pet’s care, free of charge. Any diagnostics, medications, and(or) further care for your pet are not included. All new clients qualify. Whether you have a brand new puppy or kitten, an aging senior pet, or suspect your fur baby is sick or injured, their first exam with us won’t cost you a cent. You can book your free first exam via phone, on our website, or even in person. Just mention the website promotion and we’ll apply the free exam promotion to your pet’s visit. Free first exams are only applicable to new clients, and only one is permitted per client.
